Rooted in compassion and shaped by lived experience, Haven of Hope Counseling & Therapeutic Services was born from a mission to restore dignity, healing, and emotional safety to individuals across Liberia. Our founder, Rev. Charles F. Ledlum-Bates, Ph.D., brings over 20 years of counseling experience from the U.S. to a country in need of hope and healing.
